about . the builder
One operator.
A ServiceNow operator building the AI adoption system he wished existed across delivery, architecture, practice leadership, and GTM.
the story
How Oasis started.
Twelve years in the ServiceNow ecosystem across INRY and Deloitte Digital. Built the CSM and SPM practices at INRY. Six months full-time on the AI migration.
At some point I looked at my own life and counted: thirty-plus disconnected apps. Calendar here, email there, health tracker somewhere else, finances in another window. Each one designed by a product team optimizing for engagement metrics, not for making my life actually easier.
So I built the system I wished existed.
What started as a personal productivity system became a full personal AI operating system. Fifteen background loops mapped across the build. Voice interface from my phone. Multi-model routing so no single AI company controls my stack. Every piece of my life in one place, on my hardware, under my control.
Then I realized: the same operating model behind Oasis is the reason my AI adoption point of view is credible. I am not talking about the migration from the sidelines. I am rebuilding my own operating surface around it.
background
Twelve years across the SN delivery chain.
Delivery
Shipped enterprise software at scale. Knows what it takes to get complex systems running in production.
Solution Architecture
Designed technical solutions across industries. Translates between what technology can do and what people need.
Practice Leadership
Built and led the CSM and SPM practices at INRY. Execution-focused, not theoretical.
Sales + GTM
Understands what customers value, what they say versus what they mean, and what makes a product worth paying for.
how to engage paul
The offer lives around Catalyst.
Oasis is the proof surface. Catalyst is the ServiceNow-facing governed workspace. The engagement path is advisory work around modernization, governance, partner motion, and AI agent adoption.
Executive briefing
Translate the AI agent migration into platform, data, governance, and operating-model decisions for ServiceNow leaders.
Adoption scan
Use Catalyst for a read-only ServiceNow estate scan, adoption plan, and Wave 1 work.
Partner advisory
Help SIs, platform teams, and operators shape AI adoption motions without competing with their delivery engine.
data boundary
Personal system first. Proof surface second.
Oasis is built around local control, permissioned actions, and a hard separation between the system and the private life data that makes it useful. The marketing site shows architecture and build evidence without exposing that private substrate.
That boundary matters. The public story is not "try my app." It is "look at the operating system I built for myself, and what that says about how I work."
The fastest way to know whether someone gets AI is to look at the system they built for themselves.
